Nominate a Farming Mate for a Free Subscription

We’re offering 100 subscriptions to NZ Dairy Exporter at mate’s rates – $0

Farming is a tough gig. We all know that. So we’re asking our subscribers to nominate a farming mate who’s had a tough time during recent months. It could be because of the drought, or the wheels have fallen off because of a family challenge, or they just haven’t been their usual self.

Their first copy will include a letter from us saying a good mate thought they’d enjoy reading Dairy Exporter. Our hope is it helps them refresh their thinking and set new priorities.

Terms and Conditions: This promotion is open to all subscribers who make a nomination to us before Monday 17th August, 2020. Only one nomination per subscriber. This offer only applies within New Zealand. The first 100 valid nominees will receive a 1 year subscription to Country-Wide magazine valued at $144 (based on cover price).

Time to Share

Now is a perfect opportunity to share stories, photos and even videos of work and play on the farm, but not just with fellow farmers – let’s show the rest of the country why we are so proud of farming.

Through print and social media we want to gently remind townies where their food comes from. That there is good news despite Covid-19 and it is in the countryside. And give them something to smile about.

Send in your photo entries and a note explaining what it is about and where you farm. It may be a landscape, action shot or humorous. You could also send in an amusing or interesting story, no more than 250 words with an ‘out-there’ pic.

We will put the best entries in Country-Wide magazine and online. While you are taking the pics, videos and writing stories, we’ll sort the prizes.

Photo files should ideally be 1mb or larger.

Send your entries to:
terry.brosnahan@nzfarmlife.co.nz

Or through Facebook:
Post the video on your page but make sure to tag @CountryWideNZ in the caption so we see it, or send the videos to us on Facebook messenger.

Entries close July 1.
